Insurance and payment options
We work with most PPO insurance plans and can help you file a claim and review your available benefits. For out-of-pocket expenses, we accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
Flexible financing
For patients who would like to spread out the cost of care, we offer financing through CareCredit® and Mountain America Credit Union. Please ask our team which option may fit your needs.
In-house membership plan
Patients without insurance can also explore our in-house membership plan. It includes preventive care and 20% savings on qualifying treatment, without annual maximums, waiting periods, deductibles or claims to file.
